En representación de Viña del Mar les doy la más cordial bienvenida a nuestra hermosa ciudad y les agradezco por elegirnos como sede del “49° Congreso de la Sociedad Internacional de Neurocirugía Pediátrica” – ISPN, que se realizará entre el 15 y 19 de Octubre de 2023.
