*Please click here to reach the LMI Countries list based on World Bank classification. If you are not a resident of one of the LMI countries, you are not eligible for this category and the Meeting Secretariat has the right to change your registration type.

**Students & Medical Trainee ID card must be uploaded to the system during the online registration process.

***The Latin & Middle American Countries which can benefit from the discounted rates are; Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica, Dominican  Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin (French part), St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uruguay, Venezuela, RB, Virgin Islands (U.S.). Registration fee includes (except Virtual Nursing Symposium & Accompanying Person categories):  Access to all meeting sessions, exhibition & posters area, mini program, access to online CNS Journal, ID badge, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception, 49th Society Annual Networking Dinner

Registration fee for Accompanying Person Includes: ID badge, Welcome Reception, 49th Society Annual Networking Dinner

Registration fee for Virtual Nursing Symposium Includes: Access to the Virtual Nursing Symposium   

Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 18, 2023, and the registration fee will be refunded with a USD 50 deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after August 19, 2023, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

• Changes in registration and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The official currency of the 49th Annual Meeting is US Dollar.

Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

1. Bank transfer to:

Please include transfer charges to the total amount that you will transfer. ISPN Meeting Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments.

1. By credit card:

Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for payment. Please indicate the card number, expiry date, and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a different currency than US Dollars, your bank will apply their daily exchange on the payment and Meeting Secretariat does not have any control over the application.

We regret that cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.

Registration and Information Desk

During the Meeting, there will be a Registration Desk within Sheraton Miramar Hotel & Convention Center for on-site registration, distribution of the name badges, and helping the participants with the issues related to their registration. The opening hours of the registration desk will be announced closer to the Meeting.
