Booking Terms & Conditions
- The rates are in US Dollars and include one night stay, WIFI, buffet breakfast, and taxes.
- Please note the check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.
- For any changes or cancellations on your booking please contact Ms. Pinar Eresici at peresici@kenes.com
- For your group reservations (min. of 10 participants) please contact Ms. Pinar Eresici at peresici@kenes.com
- Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent the total amount will be received by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations
- Until August 11, 2023: The total payment will be fully refundable.
- On and after August 11, 2023: The total payment will be non-refundable.

Terms of Payment
The official currency of 49th Annual Meeting is US Dollar.
Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

1. Bank transfer:

Please include transfer charges to the total amount that you will transfer. ISPN Meeting Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments.

2. By credit card:

Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for payment. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a different currency than US Dollars, your bank will apply their daily exchange on the payment and Meeting Secretariat does not have any control on the application.

We regret that cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.
