Jose Miguel Müller Riquelme

Graduated as a neurosurgeon from the Dr Asenjo Institute of Neurosurgery. Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellow at that center. Visiting Fellow 2014 at the Klinik für Neurochirurgie, der Universitäts Klinikum Tübingen, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marcos Tatagiba. Observer at the Neurozentrum der Neurochirurgische klinik, Klinikum Stuttgart, Germany, under the supervision of Dr MD Oliver Ganslandt, 2014.

Since 2015 Member of the Neurosurgery team of the Rancagua Regional Hospital. Since 2018 member of the Chilean Society of Neurosurgery.

Speaker at the International Fetal Medicine and Surgery Society October 2019, in Sils, Switzerland, on the topic "A two center experience with open intrauterine surgery (OIS) for Spina bifida (SB) in Chile", and winner of a Travel Award. Author and co-author of 4 publications in indexed journals. Dedicated to prenatal spina bifida surgery since 2015 with 70 cases operated as first surgeon.
